we are agitated. police officers beat their suspects because the people kill their police officers. we are our own enemies. what is going on here? justice is robbed by selfishness and vengeance. we can’t trust people. is this supposed to be the land of the free?
despite turmoil, i still see people who keep their integrity, people who believe in an honest wage for an honest job done, people who love their families and neighbors, even powerful people who are using their power to do some good in this world. but if the masses dwindle in personal duplicity what will happen?
